CATOs consist of:
- CA firms approved to train CA Students in the traditional audit-based career path;
- CA firms approved to train CA Students in expanded experience opportunities, where the focus is on non-audit engagements. This can include business advisory services and tax; in a small firm environment, it can include a combination of review, compilation and taxation engagements;
- Approved employers in Industry;
- Approved employers in Government.
